- I am not focused on outsoorsy activities or leading hikes, Whilst I enjoy hiking, this is not my main service to provide so I strive to provide a variety of activities for a variety of interests.

Whist it is not available at this moment, you can pay the deposit up front and the full balance 8 weeks prior to the event. 

The exact amount will change depending on the trip.

If you cancel giving cancellation in writing  from the email address used to book the trip and verify your booking, 7 days prior to the 1st day of the trip, you will be entitled to a full refund minus the deposit back to the original payment method or gift voucher balance. 

If you cancel within 7 days of the trip starting, you will not be entitled to a refund. 

If I or the accomodation providers cancel the trip, you will be entitled to a full refund. 

If the trip is cancelled due to a natural disaster or pandemic, you will be entitled to a full refund. 

In extenuating circumstances, a refund will be given at the founders discretion.

Yes, you can buy this in our online store to the values between £30 - 300.

- Discount codes and sales periodically. Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on Facebook/ Instagram to be first to know when these become available.

- Bluelight discount is not currently availble but if you ae able to provide evidence of blue light status; 10% discount code will be issued.

 I try to offer a range of room types but on some events, sharing may be required. If you require your own room or have any needs we need to be aware of when allocating rooms for example, accessibility or someone you know also attending the same event, please email me prior to the trip: growsomethinggood@outlook.com

I encourage you to stay the duration of the trip, however I understand that life happens and should you need to leave early, it is ultimately your responsibility to arrange return travel home. I will try out best to assist you with this. I also encourage you to take out travel insurance prior to the trip.
